Community groups across the Cooley Peninsula are being invited to take part in group information sessions relating to the Dundalk Bay to Carlingford Greenway project, as part of the ongoing public consultation process.
The project team has confirmed that it will offer overview sessions for community groups of up to 30 people, providing a high-level briefing on the current Public Consultation No. 3 materials and the overall status of the project.
What the Sessions Will Cover
These sessions are intended to:
-
Outline the emerging preferred route corridor
-
Explain the consultation materials currently on display
-
Provide a general update on where the project stands
Sessions will take place subject to public interest and the availability of suitable venues across the peninsula.
Important Clarification for Attendees
The project team has advised that these group sessions will not address site-specific queries, including questions relating to individual properties or precise locations along the route.
Anyone with detailed or location-specific concerns is encouraged to arrange a one-to-one meeting, which can take place by phone, video call, or in person.
